sticky rice_ 100g; soak for at least 2 hours, steamed for 25 minutes

thigh meat cubed_ 75g (marinated with pinch of salt, sugar, white pepper, 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp oil)
packed, roasted, peeled chestnut_ 35g
boiled peanut_ 1/4- 1/2 cup
white pepper, ground_ about 1/2 tsp or to taste
salt_ about 1/2 tsp or to taste
soy sauce_ 1.5 tsp or to taste
sugar_ optional
