In 1991, the French-Tunisian Artist Amina is chosen to represent France at the Eurovision song contest with the song "C'est le dernier qui a parlé qui a raison" i.e "That is the last one who spoke who's right".

At the end of the jury votes she reached the first place, tied with the representative of Sweden, Carola, each obtaining 146 points.

This is a new rule that will decide who is the winner.
