Following up a previous video, finally got to take my new Cormorant BFS reel out to test. Did lots of casting and even caught a drag pulling Lassen trout at Shadow Cliffs Reservoir.

At the end of the video, I provide my initial impressions of the reel. Still need to take it out a few more times to get a good feel for it. But, I'm really liking this reel and do believe it holds its own vs JDM or Made in Japan reels. Great drag, smooth gearing, solid feel, and lightweight. We have a winner folks.
