Alright here’s a full back and bicep workout for your next pull day. I’ll leave all the exercises on the screen, I recommend doing anywhere from 3-4 sets for 8-15 reps each exercise, but the reason I’m not gonna put my exact routine on there is because something that works for me might not work that well for you, so just experiment with your sets and see how well you recover and whether or not you can progressively overload.
