I hiked up to Catbells in almost Spring like conditions before retracing my steps and bumbling up to Maiden Moor where I pitched up for the night.
The following morning I went up to a snowy High Spy before dropping down to Borrowdale via Tongue Gill and the old quarries, ending off with a pint. Bliss!
