This panel line is designed for making two different panel: PVC ceiling panel and WPC panel. We have special technologies on the cutting machine. The cutting machine has two different cutting mode--knife-lifting cutting for WPC panel and knife-rolling cutting for ceiling panel. The cutting modes can be switched when making different panels. This production line installed with infrared detector to ensure the panels are straight and have smooth surface quality. We also increased the laminating efficiency and accuracy on this lamination machine, which is more easier for operation and greatly decrease the obsolescence rate.
