this exercise is very easy to learn and very easy to do. You will only need 5 minutes to complete it.
In most cases, the effect of "Snowflake" occurs almost immediately.

However, please NOTE: after completing this exercise, pay attention to your emotional state – if after performing the exercise you calmed down, your nervous tension decreased, then everything turned out correctly.
But a small percentage of people (about 10-15%) have an abnormal reaction to this exercise – nervous excitement, on the contrary, increases. If you are in these 10-15 %, then do not tempt fate, do not wait for the result to appear later, and immediately stop exercising.

CONTRAINDICATIONS to this exercise:
- epilepsy; schizophrenia; increased intracranial pressure.
This exercise should not be done for the first 3 weeks after a stroke; and the first 3 weeks after severe brain injuries.
In the future (after these conditions), during classes, you need to monitor the reaction of the body, monitor your health before and after classes.

SIDE EFFECTS after exercise:
Rarely - dizziness or headache, mild pain in the eye area, nausea.
At first, with unaccustomed, such manifestations are normal. But only if the side effect is not strong.
If some of this is very strong and sharp, then you do not need to do this exercise.
