Franz Wohlfahrt Etude Op. 45, No.1, Book 1 - arranged for viola. Practice video in 2 speeds with ragtime-style piano accompaniment.
This etude is great for developing fluency and a solid left hand posture in first position.

Use the moving cursor on the sheet music to orientate and identify areas that need more deatailed practice. Repeat as many times as needed and practice until perfect!
