The Bristol Channel Cod Fishing season was almost upon us and the sense of anticipation was ever present! A rare half day off work meant that I headed down to one of my favourite Bristol Channel Sea Fishing marks, to use up some ragworm and other bait that I had left over from the weekend. A mini disaster during the session but I manged to sort it and was able to continue filming. An enjoyable few hours in fairness and I managed to get a bit of rod tip action, as I often do at this picturesque UK Sea Fishing spot. Other species that can be caught at this mark are Dover Sole, Thornback Ray, Flounder, Conger Eel, Silver Eel, Codling, Bass, Whiting and the occasional Blonde Ray.
