Ingredients and Recipe
1 Cup sweet pumpkin peeled and diced
1/2 cup Bansi rava
1/2 cup boiled Chana dal
1 cup jaggery
1 cup fresh coconut milk
1 spoon cardamom powder
1/2 spoon dry ginger powder
2 spoon Ghee

Procedure
Boil the diced pumpkin
boil Chana dal
once the pumpkin become soft add Bansi rava and boiled Chana dal mix it well and add jaggery
stir it continuously till jaggery melts and mixed properly add coconut milk cardamom powder and dry ginger powder
payasam is ready to serve
