Fiery Devils Balls are my spicy take on Moink balls and meatballs, but with a lot of extra heat. These are great appetizers to get any party or BBQ started, you can prep them ahead of time, in fact it is best you do, the colder these are before hitting the BBQ grill, the better.

As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

Extra Ingredients:
Spray oil (for the grill)

Main Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2lbs) of beef mince
1 tablespoon of BBQ rub
2 birds eye chilis

Cheesy Filling Ingredients:
250 grams (8.8oz) of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
½ teaspoon of finely ground black pepper
¼ cup of light brown sugar

Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup of Stubbs original BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons of Sriracha
100 grams (3.5 oz) of unsalted butter
