In this video I demonstrate how to perform #topiary on a #boxwood #boxplant.
I've had these #buxus #sempervirens (box plants) for around 15 years.
I re-potted them this spring and they have settled into their new pots, I also feed them regularly and keep them well watered, I allow them to almost dry out between watering.

They have always been a traditional cone shape but I've decide to try something different. I'm going for a sphere or #boxball on top of a cylinder. I #trim in an upward motion to avoid pulling the bush out of shape. Repeating and circling the plant until I reach the desired shape.
I used electric hedge trimmers and some topiary sheers.
