So you've just purchased a brand new Rocky Mountain Instinct Alloy mountain bike new in its box from Ivanhoe Cycles, and completed the assembly. In this tutorial Manish will run you through how to set up suspension and controls, and how to get the most out of your bike.
Before you start, you'll need a suspension pump, tape measure, zip-tie and a floor stand.
