INGREDIENTS FOR Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1 kl pork ribs
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp white pepper or black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp paprika
1 large egg
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 small red onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp cooking wine
4 tbsp water
6 tsp sugar
½ cup banana ketchup or tomato catsup
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (when its needed)
Cornstarch thickerness
