Update: 2022 - these appear lose their ability to kill insects after a few months. The fire light still glows, but no insect demise.

Review of PIC Solar Powered LED flame light Insect Killer Torch. After three months of usage, this device does trap a moths and gnats, but that is it. No flies, mosquitos, or garden pests.
