Having a Mermaid or Under the Sea themed party? These cupcakes are PERFECT! All you need is 3 piping tips: 1M, 104, and 4B! These are easy mermaid cupcakes - no super piping skills needed! In fact, this was my first time trying this technique :)

Colors: Wilton Color Right
• Separate buttercream into 3 bowls
• In one bowl, add a half a toothpick of blue💙, 2nd bowl half a tooth pick of pink💗, 3rd bowl mix half toothpicks of pink and blue to make purple💜!
