~Beef stew🫕~(serves 4 people)
400g Beef (for stew)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
a pinch of pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
3 potatoes
1/2 Broccoli (boiled in salted water)
15g butter
400ml Water
100ml Red wine
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Consomme
1 can (290g) Demi-Glace sauce
1.5 tablespoon Ketchup & Medium thick sauce

85g sugar
55g flour
20g milk
15g unsalted butter
