Don’t need props, dumbbells, weights or flexbands to get the muscles in and around your arms strong, lean and toned.
In this video are some of my favourite arm exercises that can be done anywhere, anytime and require no props at all. Easy and absolutely doable even for someone with a 9 to 5 routine. ;)
