The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway was supporting the Old Lighthouse Dungeness to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the National Health Service.

The Lighthouse was attempting to be lit up in blue throughout the evening which should've be seen across the peninsula and the local coast.
With the addition to this The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway supplied a free service to Dungeness from Romney. 'No6 Samson' was the locomotive of choice for the evening.
