Ingredients
2 cups maseca
1 cup AP Flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
2 to 3 cups of water
Dough makes 1 dozen Gorditas

Ground beef filling
1 pound of ground beef
1 large potato
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Toppings- guacamole, pico de Gallo, cortina cheese

Cook time will vary depending on the thickness of your Gordita at the time of frying- I make them think for summer time and 2 minutes is perfect fry time
