James Plays Caesar IV The Empire continues this challenging city in Judea southern Palestine: Caesarea! I keep trying to manage things, imports and exports, in and out of debt! We must build an upper class and keep them all happy while sneaky desert raiders harass us and Caesar just keeps crying for more glass in Caesarea!

I struggle to stay in Caesar's good graces by procuring the exoctic incense he prefers to perfume his summer palaces with, and drowning his court in asian silk togas! All in hopes of being his favorite governor! it is not easy in Part Four, but it sure is fun!!!!
