Have tried everything I can find online or in the owners manual (yes, I opened the manual!)

Called the service center and they said bring it down. I obviously can’t so they said call Mazda Roadside and have it towed down. I’ll end up using a different towing service if needed, but hoping someone can help me get this started so I can drive it there myself.

Will post any updates as I get a solution.
