It was around lunchtime when I got word that the "surprise" donation was rolled onto the property.

Some History: GE U36B Built 8/1970
Built as: Seaboard 1776 Bi Centennial?
renumbered to Seaboard 1813
renumbered to Seaboard 5728
renumbered to CSX 5764
renumbered to CSX WLO1
(WLO stood for "waycross Locomotive Operations" #1 test bed for GE prime movers in Waycross Georgia)
Renumbered to MCVX 7764 With CSX scheme

Rumors are that this was the old Seaboard #1776 before being renumbered to be replaced for the Seaboard Bi-Centennial Unit #1776, But I cannot find solid evidence. The Final years of this locomotive was used to show and train first responders such as Police officers and Firefighters in various situation when this locomotive was spotted with other SCX schemed MCVX cars.
