बिना झरे के मोतीचूर के लड्डू बिल्कुल हलबाई जैसे एक बार बनाएंगे तो बार-बार बनाएंगे | Motichoor Laddu|Easy Motichoor Ladoo MBundelaCooksofficial

Servings - 9

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour - 150 grams
Water - 250 milliliters
Ghee - for fry
Sugar - 220 grams
Water - 300 milliliters
Green cardamom - 3 pods
Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon
Melon seeds - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 150 grams gram flour, 250 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Heat sufficient ghee in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove it from heat and cool for 5 - 7 minutes.
4. Transfer this in to a blender and blend it well. Keep aside.
5. In a pan, add 220 grams, 300 milliliters and mix it well until sugar dissolve properly.
6. Add 3 pods green cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon organic food color and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Add blended mixture and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.
8. Remove green cardamom from it.
9. Add 1 tablespoon melon seeds and mix it well.
10. Remove it from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
11. In a bowl, add cooked mixture.
12. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a laddu.
13. Transfer in onto plate and place cashew on it.
14. Serve.
