We are on the beach of Ansedonia, in the province of Grosseto, with a shallow sea, cloudy water and some residual waves. The algae force us to shorten the arms, but Roberto decides to use the bibi baited on a 0.24 mm fluorocarbon long-arm, an ideal choice for long-distance casting and searching for sea bream and croaker. In this episode we have a special guest: Federico, a passionate surfcaster from the area who, thanks to his girlfriend, receives an unforgettable day for his birthday in the company of the great Ripa. Roberto is excited to share a pure surfcasting session with him!

But that's not all: Roberto also gives us a very interesting tutorial on how to make an inverted short, which can be created directly on the beach. We will learn how to lock the swivel in place with a triple Portuguese knot at the bottom and a double Portuguese knot at the top. Furthermore, we will discover how to make a perfect joining buttonhole using the perfection loop knot, an effective and high-performance method.

Our guest Federico stands out with two extraordinary catches: a beautiful sea bream and a splendid croaker, both over a kilo in weight, which put his skill and equipment to the test. An episode full of emotions and technique not to be missed!
