This video demonstrates some of the key capabilities of AMDIS for GCMS data: deconvolution, extracted ion chromatograms, extracted and component mass spectra, getting retention times and peak areas.

This video also explains the two dimensional nature of GCMS data, visually.

It was written to support a GCMS lab session, but will contain information useful to many new AMDIS users.
