Tekst molitve:

it is claimed, the basic method by which those who are praying open their heart to God, which is why it is called Prayer of the Heart; It is precisely this prayer that Paul the Apostle advocates in the New Testament as a "constant prayer", although science finds it to have originated in the Egyptian deserts in the 5th century and that it has gradually gained its importance in the East today.

Its use is especially often in Izihasm, the Orthodox Monastic tradition, which as a way of life is especially represented on the Holy Mountain, which in short represents a complete reversal of the interior that is united with God through the pursuit of full church life and the taking of the Holy Secrets.

Meaning of the Prayer:

Gospode = Lord
Isuse Hriste = Jesus Christ
Pomiluj = Bless
Mene = Me
Grešnog = Sinful
