Family, friends, and colleagues of slain rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes gathered at the Sandton Convention Centre to honour his memory. AKA was shot and killed in Durban last weekend alongside his long-time friend, Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane. His mother, Lynn Forbes, says AKA was a patriot who belonged to all that were touched by his music.
