Hi everyone, it's World Mental Health Day so I decided it would be nice to reflect and chat about mental health while my main character sim, Skye Meadows, does some self care activities and gets ready to go to a party.

United for Global Mental Health has a resource that includes over 1,600 Helplines that you can access here: https://unitedgmh.org/support/

Hopefully there is something local to you on that page. If you are in the UK, you can call ‪@samaritans‬ on 116 123 for support. They are available 24 hours a day.

Please remember you are not alone and don't have to face this journey by yourself. Be kind to yourself and your loved ones.

Today Skye does her skincare routine and takes care of her needs, she watches a movie with her sister, Star and meets up with her girlfriend, Louisa. I think that they end up having quite a nice catch up and things settle down significantly. I feel quite good about them moving forward as a couple.
