1/2 cup warm milk (120ml)
1/4 cup sugar (45g)
1 teaspoon active dry yeast (5g or 15g of fresh yeast)
2 whole eggs
Zest of 1/2 orange
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine (50g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5g)
Cake filling:
4 big apples
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (50g)
1/2 cup sugar (90g)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)
1 glass of orange juice (200g)
Cake top:
1 cup of all purpose flour (130g)
1/2 cup sugar (90g)
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or essence
1/4 cup butter or margarine (50g)
Cup measure: 240ml
Dimensions of the mold/baking dish: 33 × 22 × 5cm
