Randy Meisner's vocal performance on Take it to the Limit has to be considered one of the best of all time. But him not wanting to sing the song on for an encore at a show in Knoxville Tennessee was stated by Don Henley to be the reason for the fight between him and Glenn Frey which led to Randy quitting the group.
