1996 Mercedes W202 C-220 Gauge Cluster Fix!
Instrument Cluster Fix with a 100 Ohms resistor across the stepper motor coil.

Update: I ended up replacing all four of the stepper motors in the cluster after two years and remove my 100 Ohm resistor fix. This seems to be only a short term fix.
