To Disclose or Not to disclose. I'm happy to say that after being involved in hundreds of transactions since I started in real estate, I have never had a lawsuit and neither have any of the buyers or sellers that I've represented.
Disclosing anything that has been repaired, replaced, modified, added or removed is very important to disclose and will help keep you out of litigation and it's essential to go
over disclosures prior to the home going on the MLS or prior to buyers seeing the home.
Please reach out to me if you're moving to the area and have any questions at all. I would love to help you find your next home.
