It's HIGHLY recommended that every 4-5 years you have your septic system pumped so that you can avoid back-ups, sludge buildup, and costly leach field damage.
This go-round I decided to install a set of plastic risers by Tuf-Tite so that I won't have to dig so deep the next time it comes due for our service. They are easy to install and make clean-out 10x easier!
