麵糊調製完成,都必須放在低溫冷藏最少要放置經過5個小時才能成功。如果沒有經過這個步驟,麵糊做出來的餅皮會很容易「粉、碎」。

鍋具:不沾平底鍋,邊越淺越好,才不會容易燙到自己的手。
火力請用最小火,火太大,餅皮會太快熟,也會比較厚。
