Epoxy - I used epoxy with UV protectant that is fully cured in 72 hours. Purchased from Amazon I also used a fast set epoxy. There are several makers of fast set epoxies.

Oracal 651 Gloss black vinyl - https://anteupgraphicsupply.com/

Spray Paint - Matte white or you can use white acrylic paint
( all can be found at any Home Improvement store, WalMart or Amazon)

Tools used - Craft knife, 120 grit sandpaper and 180 to 220 for finer sanding after the 120, scissors
Rotary tool - I use this a lot to clean the rim of my cup in between coats of epoxy.
