Try out a COMPLETE AERIAL SILKS CLASS! Qizzup Silks Level 1 is for the beginner aerialist to learn basic aerial silks moves. Just like at Fly Studios Kids Aerial Arts in Redondo Beach, the Qizzup online aerial program uses a class structure which includes: move time for warm up, stretch time, strength time for aerial conditioning, fly time to learn aerial silks tricks, and circle time to cool down and learn important life skills!
