उकड साहित्य आणि प्रमाण :

१ + १/४ कप नाचणी पीठ
१ मध्यम तुकडा आलं
२ हिरव्या मिरच्या
६ लसूण पाकळ्या
१/२ कप दही
१/४ टीस्पून आमचूर पावडर (दही आंबट नसेल तरच वापरावी )
१ कप + ३ टेबलस्पून पाणी
२ +१ टेबलस्पून तेल
१/२ टीस्पून मोहरी
१/२ टीस्पून हळद
१/४ टीस्पून हिंग
४ पाने कढीपत्ता
चवीनुसार मीठ


Ukad Ingredients and Quantity :

1 + 1/4 cup ragi flour
1 medium piece ginger
2 green chillies
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup curd
1/4 tsp amchur powder (use only if curd is not sour)
1 cup + 3 tbsp water
2 +1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp asafoetida
4 curry leaves
Salt to taste
