मीनाक्षी अम्मन मंदिर, जिसे मदुरै मीनाक्षी मंदिर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, तमिलनाडु के मदुरै शहर में स्थित एक ऐतिहासिक और महत्वपूर्ण हिन्दू मंदिर है। यह मंदिर देवी मीनाक्षी (माता पार्वती) और उनके पति भगवान सुंदरेश्वर (भगवान शिव) को समर्पित है।

Meenakshi Amman Temple, also known as Madurai Meenakshi Temple, is a historic and significant Hindu temple located in the city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi ( Goddess Parvati) and her consort Lord Sundareswarar (Lord Shiva).

The architecture and art of the temple are unique, making it an excellent example of ancient Dravidian style. The sculptures on the temple walls are marvelous and reflect the art and culture of ancient times.

Every year in the months of April and May, the Meenakshi Tirukalyanam (divine marriage of Meenakshi) festival is celebrated in the temple, attracting millions of devotees from both India and abroad.
