Ingredients for chicken marinate
900 gm chicken with bone
2 tbsp adeak lahsun paste
100 gm thick youghert
1 tbsp raw papaya paste or meat tenderizer
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp musterd oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1tsp tandoori masala powder
1 tsp kashmir lal mirch or paprika powder or orange food color
50 gm butter
100 gm fresh cream or malai
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
hari chutney _ 1 handful hara dhaniya 3-4 hari mirch 3-4 lahsun cloves & 1tsp lemon juice or salt as per taste


ingredients for dahi chutney
4 tbsp dahi
some fresh hara dhaniya
2 lahsun cloves
2 hari mirch
salt as per taste
