Khubani ka Meetha.
INGREDIENTS
Dry Apricots : 400 g
Sugar : 1 1/2 cup
Custard : 2 tbsp mix in 1/4 cup milk ( vanilla )
Milk : 2 cups
Sugar : 2-3 tbsp
Thickened cream : as required
Apricots almonds : as required
Yellow food colour : 1:4 tsp

Method
Step :1
Washed Apricots 3-4 times in water and soaked overnight in enough water.
Step : 2
Deseed the apricots. Keep the hard apricot seeds aside with 1 cup of water.
Step : 3
Strain the apricots water. Remove hard particles.
Step : 4
In a pot add soaked apricots and strain water Cook on lo heat 15 -20 minutes. Add sugar and yellow food colour. Cook until sugar dissolved and apricots softened.
Step : 5
Mash apricots with wooden spoon. Let it cool.
Step: 6
In a separate pot add milk. Dissolve 2 tbsp of custard in 1/4 cup of milk mix well.
Step : 7
Cook on low flame add sugar. Cook 4-5 minutes until custard thickened. Let it cool.
Step : 8
Serve in small glass or a separate dish.
Layer with apricots pour custard. Add some almonds and pour thickened cream. Garnish with chopped apricots almonds.
Step : 9
Keep in f for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled. ENJOY ♥️
