Nobody is gonna demonstrate a Romanian deadlift this way…they’re gonna use a ultralight weight with a perfectly straight back, huge range of motion, and probably a pause at the bottom..but let me tell ya, that’s pencilneck methodology. Horse huge loads just below the knee and the carryover is massive.
