We've had historic rains and a long winter, with things starting to warm up the plants are exploding to life. For many years this space was a small traditional orchard. In 2014 we started slowly shifting to permaculture methods - sculpting the land to better receive water, building healthy soil and planting all kinds of climate/region/micro-climate appropriate species.
