Instituto Terra is a NGO founded by Lélia Deluiz Wanick Salgado and Sebastião Salgado in April 1998.

It's work is focused on ecosystem restoration of Brazilian rainforest, environmental education and sustainable rural development.

More than an active agent in Brazil, Instituto Terra is an example and an inspiration for the entire planet.
