Taking Cooking food back to basics.

NOTE: There is a glitch slightly out of the sink for 2 seconds when talking about the onions.

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
- 1 lb (450g) sausages (pork, beef, or your choice), sliced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 cups (240 - 460ml) beef or chicken stock made from cubes, powder your choice (gravy)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup (150g) frozen peas or mixed veg
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- For the mash topping:
- 2 lbs (900g) potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk or cream
- 1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (60g) grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
