I have always said that I would re-do the Gingerbread Globe that I made on the Great American Baking Show and I finally did it! I was not happy with the way it turned on the show - or, to be more precise - I thought I did well for having only 5 hours to make the dough, chill, cut, chill again, bake, assemble, and decorate. But it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to do, the way I saw it in my head.
So in December 2022, I made the globe again. I changed the design, and I had some issues (MANY issues!). But I still love it.
This is the long version video. It is still sped up quite a bit because no one wants to watch this stuff in actual time! It just takes tooooo long!
