So, how exactly did I get it back? I suspect it is a combination of simply waiting for them to work through their backlog whilst also keeping the pressure on. Through contacting them on facebook and through launching my new channel and spreading the word of what happened to me. Ultimately instagram realised their mistake and apologised after 28 days. Those 28 days certainly cost my business dearly but because I had other platforms - like Youtube - the damage was limited.
