When Frieza locked in and mastered his new Golden form. Goku answered that with the Super Saiyan form of a Saiyan possessing the might of the Super Saiyan God. But Frieza is perplexed and gives Goku a quick power test since Goku believes Frieza possesses an undiscovered power, which Frieza confirms. Frieza envelops himself in a flaming aura before vanishing in a dazzling orange light, momentarily obstructing everyone's (including Goku's) vision. When the light fades, Frieza reappears, appearing to have undergone a completely new metamorphosis in which the majority of his body has turned solid and shimmering gold. Frieza ended up getting COOKED, but his power has significantly increased and is now comparable to Goku's, if not greater.
