It's time for a 45 MIN Full Body RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Bands are great for your joints and can do some serious muscle activation. So let's get sculpting!
We are using two types of bands. Resistance tubing with handles and a mini band.
