-For the first hit: 1 * 1.7 * 0.6 * 0.5 = 51%
-For the 2nd to 11th hit: 0.2 * 1.7 * 0.6 * 0.5 = 10%
-all 10 hits non-freeze = (1-10%) ^10 = 35%
Freeze chance = 51% + 49% * (1 - 35%) = 83%
